Jerryco can install and service most brands of burners manufactured in the United States and abroad. Upon receipt of a burner specification, Jerryco will utilize the best burner mechanically, technologically, and financially, suited for the subject application.

Controls

Jerryco installs and services most brands of controls including Distributive Control Systems and Programmable Loop Controllers. Jerryco will select the best control system for the subject application.

Energy Efficiency

Jerryco specializes in energy reduction as it pertains to boilers and other fired equipment. When applicable, we utilize low excess air burners in combination with, fully metered control systems, and variable frequency drives in order to reduce fuel and electrical costs. The average savings using the aforementioned methods, for a 50,000 PPH boiler, is $100,000 to $200,000 per year.

Acid Sludge Atomizers
The acid sludge atomizers are used in refinery applications to incinerate acid sludge which is a waste product.
Rotary Cup Oil Burners
The W.N. Best X-Plus burner can be guaranteed to run 1.5%-2.0% excess O2 from 50% load to 100% load. It will typically run less than 30 PPM NOX without RGR. In some cases FGR may be required. The subject burner also utilizes a VFD for fan control.
