Jerryco Machine & Boiler Works

Since 1977, Jerryco has successfully served the power, petrochemical, and industrial markets with field service and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related components. Client requirements have ranged from replacing a single section of boiler tube, to the fabrication and installation of 150 ton heat exchangers, and the complete erection of a 350 ton/hr utility boiler.

Jerryco maintains a 24 hour emergency response team to handle any burner/control problem, boiler repair, re-tubing of heat exchangers, modifying ASME pressure vessels or rebuilding process heaters, thereby minimizing our client’s downtime.

Safety

Jerryco maintains an immaculate safety record both in our shop and in the field. We strive to be an industry leader in this sector and set the bar for other companies to meet. Copies of our Safety Record along with complete Safety Manuals are available upon formal request. We are a partner and active member of several Safety Councils in the Gulf Coast region.

Quality Control

Jerryco follows all ASME Codes and NBIC rules as they apply and are mandated by the Jurisdictional Concerns. We maintain all weld procedures, and welder performance — qualification records for electronic transfer to facilitate emergency service repairs.

• S - Power Boilers
• R - National Board (Repairs)
